The El Dorado Arms is a Non-Smoking & No Pet Building.

Applications for Rental are $75.00 per Adult living in the unit. If you do not qualify you will not be charged the application fee.

Qualifications for Rentals are the following

1. You must have an income 3 times the rental amount
2. No Evictions
3. No Felonies
4. A Credit Score of at least 620*

*We do offer Security Deposit Replacement Program.
