Applications are $75 Per Person Over 18 (non-refundable) That Will be Staying in the Apartment.

There is a $35.00 per month Utility Fee.

Qualifications for Consideration are: 

1. You Must Make 3 Times the Rent Amount in Income

2. No Evictions

3. No Felonies 

4. And a Credit Score of 640 is Needed for the Application to be Considered.
