Applications for Rental are $50.00 per Adult living in the unit.

Qualifications for Rentals are the following

1. You must have an income 3 times the rental amount
2. No Evictions
3. No Felonies
4. A Credit Score of at least 620*

*We do offer Security Deposit Replacement Program.
